These Terms of Supply of Goods (“Terms”) govern the sale of products by Artfully Curated Creations (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to customers (“you”, “your”). By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including errors in product pricing or descriptions.
We strive to ensure that all product information, images, and descriptions are accurate.
Colours, sizes, and textures may vary slightly due to materials or display settings.
Any sample or image provided does not guarantee exact replication.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already accepted.
Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via our accepted payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.).
For subscription or recurring payments, you authorise automatic charges until cancellation under our subscription Terms.
Shipping costs, times, and carriers will be as displayed at checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders within the stated processing time; however, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, stock shortages).
Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery.
We are not responsible for customs, import duties, or taxes incurred outside of the purchase price.
Bundles, mystery boxes, and free gifts are provided at our discretion.
Free gifts or promotional items are subject to stock availability and may vary from images shown.
Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
You must inspect goods upon delivery.
Any damage, defect, or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with evidence (photos, order reference).
Claims outside this period may not be accepted.
We do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or faulty.
In such cases, we will either replace the item, issue a refund, or provide a store credit at our discretion.
Items must not be used or altered prior to returning.
Customers are responsible for ensuring items are returned safely if requested, unless the fault is ours.
Risk passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership/title of the goods transfers to you only after payment in full is received.
Products are supplied as-is and to the best of our ability.
We do not accept liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
Our liability for defective or faulty goods is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Subscription products are supplied under separate subscription Terms, which form part of these Terms.
Membership benefits are subject to the membership Terms and are non-transferable.
All content, designs, and product imagery remain the property of Artfully Curated Creations.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our website or ordering products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
