Gift Bundle & Curated Bundle Policy

1. Introduction

Artfully Curated Creations offers customers the option to:

Build Your Own Gift Bundle by selecting individual items, or
Allow Us to Curate a personalised bundle based on information you provide about your likes, dislikes, or those of the recipient.

This Policy sets out the terms and conditions for both options.

Customers may select items available through our website to create a bespoke bundle.
Prices will be displayed at checkout and include any applicable discounts or bundle pricing.
Once submitted and paid, orders cannot be amended except in line with our Shipping, Order, Delivery & Returns Policy.

Customers may provide information about personal or recipient preferences (e.g., likes/dislikes, colours, fragrances, themes).
While we will take preferences into account, final selection of items is made at our sole discretion.
Customers acknowledge that the bundle may not match preferences exactly, as selections depend on available stock, product ranges, and budget limits.
By choosing this option, you agree that the final curated selection is acceptable and non-exchangeable on the basis of personal taste.

The total price of a Gift Bundle will be displayed at checkout.
Where bundles are curated by us, the retail value may exceed the purchase price, but this is not guaranteed.
Discounts, promotions, or free gifts may apply in accordance with our Competition, Prize & Promotion Policy.

Gift Bundles (both self-selected and curated) are considered final sale unless items arrive damaged or faulty.
We do not accept returns or refunds based on dissatisfaction with the curated selection or personal preference.
Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 14 days of receipt, with photographs for evidence.

Bundles are packaged carefully, and presentation may vary depending on product selection.
Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping, Order, Delivery & Returns Policy.
We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or delays outside the UK.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all information provided for curated bundles (e.g., preferences, notes about the recipient) is accurate.
We are not liable for unsuitability of items where inaccurate, incomplete, or vague information has been provided.

Gift Bundles may occasionally include free gifts or bonus items at our discretion.
These items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and may vary from promotional images.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artfully Curated Creations is not liable for indirect losses, disappointment, or dissatisfaction relating to curated bundles.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Gift Bundle in cases of proven fault.
