1. Introduction

Artfully Curated Creations offers custom and personalised products, including items tailored to customer specifications (e.g., names, initials, dates, designs, messages, and bespoke artwork). This policy explains the terms and conditions relating to these products and forms part of our Terms of Supply.

By placing an order for a personalised or custom-made product, you agree to these terms.

 


 

2. Placing an Order

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information (e.g., spelling, dates, colours, or design choices) when placing orders.

  • Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee changes or corrections will be possible.

  • We reserve the right to reject customisation requests that:

    • Contain offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content.

    • Infringe third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademarks, or designs).

    • Are impractical or not technically feasible to produce.

 


 

3. Design Proofs & Approvals (If Applicable)

  • In some cases, we may provide digital proofs for approval before production.

  • Once approved, production will begin, and no further changes can be made.

  • Customers are fully responsible for checking proofs carefully (including spelling, grammar, and layout).

 


 

4. Production & Timeframes

  • Personalised items may take longer to produce than standard products.

  • Estimated production and delivery times will be shown at checkout or confirmed by us.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate customer information.

 


 

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Custom and personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless:

    • They arrive damaged, faulty, or with a manufacturing error.

    • We fail to deliver the product as agreed.

  • If you request a cancellation, we may not be able to stop production once it has started.

  • If a return is accepted (for damage or error), replacement or repair will be offered before refund.

 


 

6. Errors & Liability

  • We are not responsible for errors resulting from customer-provided information (e.g., spelling mistakes).

  • If the mistake is on our part, we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any images, designs, or text they supply.

 


 

7. Intellectual Property

  • All custom designs created by Artfully Curated Creations remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

  • Customer-provided designs remain the customer’s responsibility, and by submitting them, you confirm that you have the necessary rights.

  • Custom and personalised products may be excluded from certain promotions, discounts, or free gift eligibility.

  • Where personalisation is part of a gift bundle, our Gift Bundle & Curated Bundle Policy also applies.

 


 

10. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
