These Terms govern participation in the Artfully Curated Creations Affiliate, Influencer, and Brand Ambassador Program (“Program”) operated via GOAFFPRO and other relevant platforms. By joining the Program, you (“Participant”, “you”, “your”) agree to comply with these Terms in addition to our Master Terms & Conditions.
Must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Must have an active online presence (e.g., website, blog, social media account) with genuine followers.
Must not have content or an audience that promotes hate speech, illegal activity, adult content, or anything that may damage our brand’s reputation.
We reserve the right to reject or remove participants at our sole discretion.
Affiliates must register via our GOAFFPRO portal.
Influencers & Ambassadors may be invited directly or apply via our contact form or social media.
All participants must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
Affiliates: Promote our products via approved channels using your unique referral links.
Influencers: Create and post authentic content featuring our products in accordance with agreed campaign guidelines.
Ambassadors: Act as ongoing representatives of our brand, promoting products both online and offline, as agreed.
You must not:
Use misleading, false, or unapproved claims about our products.
Run paid ads using our brand name or trademarks without written consent.
Spam or use prohibited marketing practices.
Use your own referral link for personal purchases unless expressly agreed.
Misrepresent your relationship with us you must clearly disclose that you are an affiliate, influencer, or ambassador in accordance with UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidelines and FTC disclosure rules (e.g., #ad, #sponsored).
Content must be your own original work and not infringe on the rights of any third party.
You grant Artfully Curated Creations a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, share, and repurpose your content for promotional purposes (with credit where appropriate).
You must follow agreed posting schedules and campaign briefs.
We may request edits or removals if the content does not meet brand standards.
Affiliates earn a commission as a percentage of the net sale amount (excluding VAT, shipping, discounts, and returns).
Influencers may be compensated via commission, fixed payment, free products, store credit, or other agreed terms.
Ambassadors may be compensated through a combination of commissions, free products, exclusive offers, and early access to launches.
Commission rates, payment schedules, and reward structures are displayed in your GOAFFPRO account or provided in your agreement.
Refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will result in commission reversal.
We use cookies, pixels, and other tracking tools to attribute sales to participants.
Cookie duration is set in GOAFFPRO or our campaign agreement.
Tracking may fail if a customer disables cookies, uses a different device, or purchases outside the attribution window — in such cases, commissions/rewards will not be due.
Participants are independent contractors and not employees, partners, agents, franchisees, or joint ventures of Artfully Curated Creations.
You have no authority to make or accept any offers, warranties, or representations on our behalf.
We are not responsible for any actions you take outside the scope of these Terms.
You may use our approved banners, logos, product images, and marketing assets solely for Program promotion.
You must not alter or misuse our branding in a way that causes confusion or damages our reputation.
We may terminate your participation immediately if you:
Breach these Terms or applicable law.
Engage in fraudulent, unethical, or damaging marketing practices.
Fail to meet agreed posting requirements (influencers/ambassadors).
Cause reputational harm to our brand.
Upon termination:
All promotional materials, affiliate links, and campaign assets must be removed.
Outstanding approved commissions/rewards will be paid in the next cycle, excluding those subject to disputes or reversals.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.
Our total liability is limited to the total commissions/rewards earned and paid to you in the preceding 12 months.
We may update or discontinue the Program at any time with reasonable notice.
Updates to commission rates, rewards, or requirements will be posted in your account or sent by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
