This Policy governs all competitions, prize draws, giveaways, and promotions (“Promotions”) run by Artfully Curated Creations on our website, social media, or through affiliated partners. By entering a Promotion, you agree to these terms.
Promotions are open to individuals aged 18 and over, unless otherwise specified.
Employees, directors, or close family members of Artfully Curated Creations are not eligible unless explicitly stated.
Promotions are void where prohibited by law.

If a winner does not respond within 14 days, we may select an alternative winner.

This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from Promotions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
